A granulated dashi based on kombu seaweed harvested in the Hokkaido region. Vegan and free from chemical additives, this dashi brings a natural umami taste to preparations, ideal for highlighting seafood products.
Extremely versatile, kombu dashi broth is the perfect accompaniment to udon and soba noodles, as well as simmered dishes such as oden or donburi, enhancing each ingredient without masking its taste. Its practical format in individual sachets allows precise dosage: one sachet is enough for 3 to 4 bowls of miso soup.
