Unpasteurized Rich Soy Sauce ⋅ Asarisasuke Shoten ⋅ 200ml
Marque : Asarisasuke Shoten
⋅ Artisanal product
⋅ Naturally fermented
⋅ Ingredients from Akita
⋅ Intense and complex flavor
A premium soy sauce with a flavor that is both mild and complex, achieved through natural fermentation. It is made using only ingredients from the Akita region: Akitakomachi rice, soybeans, and local Akita wheat, which are brewed using a technique passed down for over 100 years with the addition of only salt, resulting in a soy sauce known as "Kijôyu," or "pure" soy sauce.
Its unique taste makes it ideal for enhancing simple dishes such as sushi, tofu, seafood, rice, or sautéed vegetables.
The bottle of this soy sauce features a dual-chamber cap, ensuring a smooth and precise pour by controlling airflow. This system prevents sputtering, minimizes dripping, and preserves the aromas by slowing oxidation after opening.
