A premium soy sauce with a sweet yet complex flavor achieved through natural fermentation. It is made using only products from the Akita region: Akitakomachi rice, soybeans and local Akita wheat, which are brewed using a technique handed down for over 100 years, adding only salt, making this a "Kijôyu" soy sauce, a "pure" soy sauce.
Its unique taste makes it ideal for enhancing simple dishes such as sushi, tofu, seafood, rice or stir-fried vegetables.
The bottle of this soy sauce is fitted with a double-focus cap, guaranteeing a smooth, precise flow thanks to controlled air entry. This system prevents jerking, limits dripping and preserves flavours by slowing down oxidation after opening.
