Pas mal avec karaage ou poulet croustillant

C'est indispensable. Le goût de cette mayonnaise est extrèmement addictif. Il me faut en permanence en avoir sous peine de crise de manque.

J'adore cette mayonnaise japonaise, légère et savoureuse. On peut la décliner avec un peu de wasabi pour la relever et accompagner un poisson blanc ou la pimenter pour aller avec du porc mijoté. Mais aussi nature avec du poulet en karaage ou des crevettes. Délicieuse !
