Mugicha is a roasted barley infusion with a taste halfway between hazelnut and coffee. Its smell and color are also reminiscent of coffee, but it contains no caffeine. Instructions

1 sachet for 1.5L of water. Add to boiling water and boil for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes before tasting.
For a cold infusion, add one sachet to 1.5L of water and leave to infuse for at least 3 hours in a cool place.
