Instructions

1 sachet pour 1.5L d'eau. Ajoutez dans de l'eau bouillante et laissez bouillir 1à 2 minutes. Eteignez le feu et laissez infuser 10 minutes avant de déguster.
Pour une infusion à froid, mettez un sachet dans 1.5L d'eau et laissez infuser au moins 3h au frais.
