Hanayuki is a Japanese Vendor specializing in the staples of Japanese cuisine, renowned for the authenticity of its ingredients. Hanayuki has made a name for itself with its fine, crisp panko breadcrumbs, which are made using traditional methods: white bread with no crust, slow drying and a light texture.
Faithful to the spirit of Japanese cuisine - precise, sober and tasty - Hanayuki offers accessible products, suitable for beginners and professionals alike. Its panko, the Vendor's emblem, is used in many classic recipes such as tonkatsu, korokke or ebi fry, as well as in more modern creations.
Cover the ingredients with flour, then dip them in a mixture of one beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of water. Coat with panko, pressing well to hold it in place. Fry in oil at 170°C until golden brown.
Store away from light, heat and moisture.
