This sake is elegant, fragrant, complex and harmonious. It has fruity notes of peach and apricot. Slightly dry, it offers a rich, complex fragrance centered on fruit. Notes of pear, lychee and apple create harmony on the palate, finishing with a light, well-balanced acidity. Made from quality "Kita Shizuku" rice grown in Hokkaido, this sake has been polished to 35%. It benefits from a long low-temperature fermentation, giving it delicate aromas and a rich taste. It has a long finish, with fresh flavors reminiscent of Asian pear and floral nectar. This sake is particularly recommended for sipping from a wine glass.
