Kagura sake is a Junmai made from 65% polished "Iwai" rice from Kyoto and fermented with "Kyo no Koi" yeast. It has a fresh and fruity aromatic profile, dominated by notes of watermelon, peach, and crisp green apple, accompanied by subtle hints of fennel and anise. A discreet touch of black pepper adds depth. This sake is unclarified, undiluted, and pasteurized only once in the bottle, preserving all its aromatic richness and freshness. It can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature, offering a balanced and expressive experience.
