More details on this product
Faced with the economic decline of Mie prefecture, in 2006 the prefecture inaugurated the Mie Owase Marine Deep Sea Water Aqua Station, a resource that can be used for food, cosmetics and agriculture, helping to revitalize the region.
Shio Gakusha was founded in 2007 and is based in a disused elementary school in Kôe. It uses the seawater collected by the station to produce salt, which is then blended with local produce, helping to revitalize the region while enabling future generations to live and work in their hometown.
Store away from light, heat and moisture.
