This unique tea is created by sprinkling matcha over sencha, giving it that distinctive emerald infusion color. Sencha and matcha are the two most popular green teas in Japan. Sencha offers a fresh, light, floral taste, perfectly delicious hot or cold. Matcha, on the other hand, is a green tea powder renowned for its umami and slightly sweet taste. Traditionally prepared by whisking with water using a special whisk, matcha adds an exceptional umami dimension. The aromas of matcha and sencha blend perfectly to create a fresh, well-balanced tea, as delicious hot as cold. This tea is also available in aluminium tins!
