This unique tea is created by sprinkling matcha over sencha, giving it its distinctive emerald-colored infusion. Sencha and matcha are the two most popular green teas in Japan. Sencha offers a fresh, light, and floral taste, perfectly delicious hot or cold. As for matcha, it is a green tea powder known for its umami and slightly sweet taste. Traditionally prepared by whisking it with water using a special whisk, matcha adds an exceptional umami dimension. The aromas of matcha and sencha blend perfectly to create a fresh, balanced tea that is equally delicious hot or cold. This tea is also available in an aluminum can!
