Instructions

For one cup: steep 3 g (1 teaspoon) of sencha in 100 ml of hot water at 70℃ for 1–2 minutes.

Conservation

Store in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. After opening: consume promptly.

Excellente ! Bien umami

Délicieux

Ce sencha a de belles feuilles vertes, ce qui indique une bonne qualité. C'est un très bon thé pour un usage quotidien. Je l'ai d'abord infusé à 80°C pendant 40 secondes comme indiqué. Je suis très satisfait de ce thé, qui a un goût élégant avec peu d'amertume et est délicieux.
