Sencha has a fresh, light, floral taste, perfectly suited to both hot and cold drinking. As for matcha, this green tea powder is distinguished by its umami and slightly sweet taste. Traditionally prepared by whisking with water using a special whisk, matcha and sencha combine harmoniously to create a fresh, velvety tea, perfect for enjoying at any temperature.
