Specializing in red vinegar, solid-fermented black vinegar and innovative condiments, it has been supplying the capital's finest restaurants and sushi-ya for decades.

To prepare your own sushi vinegar, mix together 4 CS of this vinegar, 2 CS of sugar and 1/2 CC of salt. Add to cooled rice in a large bowl and mix. It's ready to use!

Store away from light, heat and moisture. After opening, store in a cool place.
