⋅ A rich, naturally sweet and tangy flavor
⋅ 50% polished
⋅ An excellent alternative to white wine
⋅ Pairs perfectly with fish and seafood
⋅ Best served either chilled or warm

This sake features notes of stewed apple, caramel, and hazelnut, and is brewed using the same method as Kisaki Blanc 65. However, it has a higher polishing ratio and a more pronounced acidity. It can be enjoyed both hot and cold, offering a versatile drinking experience. Produced by the Koshino Megumi brewery in Toyama, the sake uses Yamada Nishiki rice, grown and polished on their own estate—a meticulous process that gives it exceptional purity and finesse.

This sake is part of the "Kisaki" (后) series, a range that reflects the brewery's commitment to producing exceptional sake using traditional methods and meticulous quality control. "Kisaki Blanc 50" has a rice polishing ratio of 50% and is notably acidic with a lovely liveliness, making it an excellent choice to pair with fish dishes.

Although made with the same Yamada Nishiki rice and the same polishing ratio as "Kisaki Noir 50," it offers a completely different taste experience, with a more pronounced acidity, similar to that of a crisp white wine. This sake is a true labor of love, the result of the hard work of local farmers who strive to preserve the rice’s quality throughout the production process.
