Kisaki 50 Pink is a premium sake, made from locally grown Yamada-nishiki rice, then 50% polished. This sake is distinguished by its soft, sweet profile, with a low alcohol content (11°), giving it a pleasant resemblance to amazake. Its texture is rich and almost creamy, thanks to the high sugar content and the rice used.

It's a real sweet treat, smooth and suave, to be enjoyed chilled or on the rocks. This sake is perfect at the end of a meal, ideal as an accompaniment or even as a dessert replacement. It features a pleasant mango fragrance and an extremely sweet, fruity taste, making it particularly suitable for those unfamiliar with sake.

Kisaki 50 Pink is an exquisite sake, offering a light, sweet and very pleasant tasting experience that will appeal to many palates.

More details on this product

Founded in 1877 in Toyama, Yoshinotomo Shuzō embodies the essence of pure sake. A pioneer of pure rice juice, it has been devoted exclusively to the production of 100% pure rice sake since the 1980s. Its spring water, drawn from 50 meters underground and filtered by the Tateyama mountains, sublimates every drop. Yoshinotomo celebrates the pleasure of sharing sake with friends. Its ambition? To offer a well-balanced beverage that tastes just as good hot as it does chilled, accompanying a wide range of dishes without ever tiring the palate.
Committed to tradition and excellence, the house favors local rice varieties such as Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku, carefully cut to reveal subtle aromas and unique depth.

Keep away from light and heat. After opening: Store in a cool place, tightly closed. Consume quickly.
