THE Kisaki 50 Pink is a high -end sake, developed from rice " Yamada-nishiki »Cultivated locally and then polished at 50%. His profile is particularly soft and because of its low alcohol level (11 °), it reminds us greedily the Amazake. Its texture in the mouth is rich, almost creamy, thanks to its high sugar content and the rice used. It is a real candy, sweet and sweet that is enjoyed very fresh or with ice cream.
