⋅ Delicious cold with a light sauce or hot in broth
Green tea noodles made in the Kagawa region, nicknamed the "land of Udon". They are made using Takase tea leaves, a high-quality local green tea, ground to a powder and incorporated directly into the dough. The noodles are then cut by hand, which gives them a firm texture, accompanied by the aromas of green tea that are released from the first bite. Takase green tea is supplied by the Takase Tea Cooperative. These noodles showcase the craftsmanship of Ishimaru Seimen and the cooperative. This craftsmanship was awarded a prize for excellence at the Kagawa product competition in 2014. They have also been served on the menus of a prestigious airline's international business-class flights. These refined noodles can be enjoyed cold, simply accompanied by a light sauce to savor all their fine flavor. They also go perfectly with hot dishes, such as broths or stir-fries, offering a unique and elegant culinary experience.
