Located in Sakaide, Kagawa Prefecture, Kamada Shoyu was founded in 1789 and has been perpetuating the art of shoyu making in the purest tradition for over 230 years. Driven by the principle of "being useful to customers", the company combines ancestral know-how with innovation to offer soy, dashi shoyu, tsuyu and miso sauces to suit contemporary tastes.
