For cold consumption: cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, rinse with water and drain. Enjoy as a salad with vegetables of your choice.
For hot consumption: cook in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. Add to broth or sauté in a pan.

I can't eat gluten, so there's konjac. Unfortunately, I'm not fond of them. I bought these sweet potato noodles by chance. I find them much better than konjac. And there's nothing like them in terms of texture.
