Japanese Yule log to order
This year, our pastry chef revisits tradition with a Franco-Japanese creation: silky vanilla mousse, amazake chocolate cream, black sesame crunch and red fruit jelly for a tangy touch! And because we love winks: on top, you'll find little meringue daruma, a good-luck charm for the end of the year, and a matcha sponge cake. Enough to end your festive meals on a light, gourmet note 🤍
Available for pre-order only, with pickup at 40 rue du Louvre in Paris on December 24 before 6 p.m. (at KISSABA or SHOKUDO): this log cake is not available for home delivery. 🎄

iRASSHAi in the press
A place combining a cantoche inspired by the family shokudo, a kissaten-style café, a cocktail bar, gourmet dining operated by chef Mitsunori Kozen and, above all, a grocery store, the epitome of the place, with over 1,000 carefully sourced and mostly unpublished products, also available online.
Fans of Japanese cuisine are in for a treat. Located on rue du Louvre, this new concept store celebrates Japanese specialties in all their forms.
Some specialties are beautifully executed, such as these vegetable tempuras, the best tested in Paris. Fair, balanced and inventive.
iRASSHAi - which means "welcome" in Japanese - is a grocery store, canteen, bar and gourmet restaurant all rolled into one. Its opening, announced on social networks, was eagerly awaited.
