Yuzu (柚子) is one of Japan's most famous citrus fruits! Its thick, rough skin encloses a tangy juice, but also floral notes and an incomparable fragrance. Used for centuries in Japanese cuisine, yuzu is the key ingredient for flavoring sauces, vinegars, desserts and even cocktails.
