Founded in 1950 in the town of Iida, Nagano Prefecture, Asahi Matsumoto Shokuhin draws on the region's natural resources and climatic conditions to produce food products based on dehydrated tofu. The company pays particular attention to the absence of additives in its products, as well as to the reduction of salt, in order to offer healthy products that respect the values and richness of traditional Japanese cuisine.
Rehydrate tofu in water for 2 to 3 minutes, then add to stir-fries, salads and soups.
Store away from light, heat and moisture.
