This version of Tokyo Hachio gin focuses on spices, particularly black pepper, which gives this gin depth on the palate while bringing out its sweet notes. Tokyo Hachio Gin was born of the desire to create a Tokyo Dry Gin in Hachioji, near Tokyo, comparable to the London Dry Gin, this gin goes back to basics to set a new standard. Whereas today's Japanese gins use a base of shochu or regional botanicals, Tôkŷo Hachio uses a base of neutral corn liqueur, giving the gin a sweet, delicate taste that envelops the aroma of its botanicals. Designed as a table gin, its deep, rich taste is a perfect accompaniment to any dish. It can also be drunk as a bloody mary cocktail or as a Gin Tonic. The label is a tribute to Tokyo's nightlife, and features the horse of Mount Jinba, which lies between Tokyo and Hachio.

Located in Hachiōji, in western Tokyo, Tokyo Hachio Gin is a distillery founded by a passionate trombonist, Mr. Nakazawa, with the ambition of creating a Tokyo gin worthy of London Dry standards. Nurtured by a musical vision of taste, Vendor creates deep, harmonious gins inspired by the balance of an orchestra. Each creation marries classic botanicals with Japanese ingredients such as ume, hinoki or shiso, to offer singular expressions of Japanese terroir.

Keep away from light and heat. After opening: Store in a cool place, tightly closed. Consume quickly.
