Our hot and cold beverages have been carefully selected: grain-based infusions, exceptional teas such as matcha and gyokuro from Ippodo, and cold-brewed iced teas like sencha and yuzu green tea. Among the lattes, you can enjoy matcha latte, hojicha latte, and kinako latte with its rich, indulgent roasted soybean powder. You’ll also make surprising and delicious discoveries, such as matchaffogato—a reimagined affogato featuring a shot of matcha and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

As night falls, KISSABA transforms: the lighting softens, the atmosphere becomes more intimate, and the counter becomes the beating heart of the restaurant.
Right in front of diners, the chef prepares each temaki to order, from the precise slicing to the final roll. A lively, immersive, and deeply indulgent experience.

Designed as a natural extension of the space—a café in the morning, a canteen at lunchtime, and a bar in the evening—KISSABA embodies this Japanese vision of time, which shifts throughout the day, blending tradition and modernity.
