Chocolate matcha truffles recipe

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa)
  • 10 g soft butter
  • 1 tsp matcha + a little for coating
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (bitter)

Directions

  1. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain-marie over low heat.
  2. Add the butter, cut into small pieces, and mix until smooth.
  3. Sift the matcha over the mixture and stir well to distribute evenly.
  4. Pour the ganache into a bowl and leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
  5. Take small portions and roll into balls between the hands.
  6. Mix cocoa powder with a little matcha, then roll the truffles in it.
