Chocolate matcha truffles recipe

Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa)
- 10 g soft butter
- 1 tsp matcha + a little for coating
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (bitter)
Directions
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain-marie over low heat.
- Add the butter, cut into small pieces, and mix until smooth.
- Sift the matcha over the mixture and stir well to distribute evenly.
- Pour the ganache into a bowl and leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Take small portions and roll into balls between the hands.
- Mix cocoa powder with a little matcha, then roll the truffles in it.
