Miso Mayonnaise Dip Sauce Recipe
This Dip Miso Mayonnaise Sauce brings a delicious umami flavor to your dishes, and is perfect with grilled vegetables, seafood or meat dishes. It's also great for aperitifs or picnics, for dipping crudités in, for example, or even in sandwiches!

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 15 cl neutral oil
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- A few drops of sesame oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with the mustard, salt and pepper.
- Gradually drizzle in the oil while whisking continuously. Continue pouring in the oil slowly until the sauce thickens and takes on a mayonnaise-like consistency.
- Add the miso, rice vinegar and sesame oil to the mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning to suit your taste.
- Once the sauce is ready, transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
