Matcha affogato recipe

Ingredients

  • 40 ml soft water if possible
  • 1 tsp. matcha tea
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Directions

  1. Boil water at 80°C.
  2. In a bowl, add a teaspoon of matcha. Add 40 ml hot water and whisk with a small matcha whisk or milk frother.
  3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a small bowl, then pour in the matcha.
  4. Your matcha affogato is ready to enjoy!
