Ingredients
- 4 slices of brioche
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Cooking butter
- Powdered sugar and maple syrup for serving
Directions
