Ingredients
- 200 g oat flakes
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- 50 g buckwheat seeds (or black sesame seeds)
- 200cl apple juice
- 10cl olive oil
- 25cl kuromitsubrown sugar sirup)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 165℃.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It's important that the granola is well spread out on the baking sheet.
- Leave to cook for 10 minutes, then stir the granola so that it browns evenly. Continue cooking for a further 8 minutes.
- Remove the granola from the oven and leave to cool without touching it. When the granola comes out of the oven, it's still a little soft - this is normal. It will become crisp as it dries.
- Once cooled, place in a jar. Your granola is now ready to use!
