Ingredients

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g buckwheat seeds (or black sesame seeds)
  • 200cl apple juice
  • 10cl olive oil
  • 25cl kuromitsubrown sugar sirup)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 165℃.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It's important that the granola is well spread out on the baking sheet.
  4. Leave to cook for 10 minutes, then stir the granola so that it browns evenly. Continue cooking for a further 8 minutes.
  5. Remove the granola from the oven and leave to cool without touching it. When the granola comes out of the oven, it's still a little soft - this is normal. It will become crisp as it dries.
  6. Once cooled, place in a jar. Your granola is now ready to use!
