Recipe Matcha latte strawberry
A refreshing, fruity and elegant drink that combines the herbal intensity of matcha with the tangy sweetness of strawberry. Enhanced by the freshness of milk and the lightness of ice cubes. Perfect for a gourmet break or a relaxing summer moment.

Ingredients
- 3 g matcha (latte or ceremonial quality)
- 30 g strawberry purée
- 120 ml fresh milk (cow's or vegetable)
- 60 ml hot water (70-80°C)
- Ice cubes
- Matcha whisk (chasen)
Directions
- Pour the strawberry purée into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Gently pour the chilled milk over the purée, using the back of a spoon to preserve the layers. Then add ice cubes.
- Sieve the 3 g of matcha into a small bowl.
- Add 60 ml hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously with a chasen or electric frother until the matcha is smooth and frothy.
- Slowly pour the matcha over the milk, always using the back of a spoon to maintain the layering effect.
