Recipe for gnocchi with black sesame cream sauce
These gnocchi are topped with a creamy sauce made from black sesame paste. The result is sweet, slightly nutty, and very indulgent—perfect for a quick but sophisticated dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g fresh gnocchi
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 2 teaspoons black sesame paste
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1 small clove of garlic
- Black pepper
- Black sesame seeds (for serving)
Directions
- Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the instructions, then drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the cream over low heat in a skillet.
- Add the black sesame paste and whisk until you obtain a smooth, even sauce.
- Add the finely grated garlic and soy sauce, if using.
- Add the gnocchi to the sauce, stir gently, and heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Season with pepper, adjust the seasoning, and serve with a few black sesame seeds.
